Pelvic Health Therapist

Brooke founded She Thrives in 2017 when she committed to offering her community support she saw as lacking within the maternal and women’s health world. Driven by her own experience with pelvic floor dysfunction and wanting better, more comprehensive healthcare for her two daughters and their generation, she pursued specialty training by leaders in the pelvic health & rehabilitation arena. Brooke blends her multifaceted, multi-decade background in occupational therapy with holistic, evidenced-based training in pelvic health to provide a true biopsychosocial approach to her practice. She works with women across the lifespan navigate major life transitions, such as puberty, pregnancy, and menopause. Her patients feel heard, empowered, and confident in embracing change and living full, independent, and meaningful lives.
